I am an art therapist and mental health counselor specializing in working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, mood challenges, and ADHD. My approach integrates mindfulness, Polyvagal-informed care, and expressive therapies to support clients in developing a deeper understanding of their nervous system and emotional experiences.
I believe that many of the struggles we face are not signs that something is “wrong” with us, but rather signals from a nervous system that has learned to adapt to stress, overwhelm, or disconnection. In our work together, we focus on building awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for regulation while also creating space for exploration, creativity, and meaningful change.
My background in expressive therapies allows us to move beyond traditional talk therapy when helpful, incorporating art-based and experiential techniques to access emotions, patterns, and insights that can be difficult to put into words.
I strive to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and supportive, where you can better understand yourself, feel more in control of your internal experiences, and move toward a more balanced and connected life.
You can currently find me working in a group private practice for outpatient treatment at Health Perspectives in Nashua, New Hampshire.
