Sometimes that looks like sharing my own work or helping others develop their artist skills. Lately it has been by working alongside individuals as they express and navigate life stressors.

About me
I live in Southern, NH with my husband and cat, Nebula. In my free time I can be found reading or spending time outdoors. In the summer I love camping with friends, hiking, and painting outdoors. In the cooler months I am a part of a community pottery group and a weekly DND group.
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Art Education with a concentration in painting.
